Logistics
Travel & Mileage
Complimentary travel within a 25-mile radius of our base. For locations beyond this, a flat rate of $2.50 per mile applies to cover logistics and transportation.
Preparation
Setup & On-Site Prep
Includes professional humidor calibration, ventilation management, and lounge staging. A one-time setup fee of $150 ensures every detail is perfect before your guests arrive.
Maintenance
Cleanup & Refresh
Post-event specialty sanitization and air purification are included in all packages. For large events exceeding 6 hours, an additional $100 refresh fee may apply mid-event.

HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL PACKAGE?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, a credit towards a future booking will be issued. Please contact our support team for specific package terms.
ARE RETAIL CIGARS INCLUDED?
Standard packages include a curated host selection. Premium sticks and additional retail options can be pre-ordered via our online store or purchased on-site during your reservation.
